"Amazing staff on Walter Tull Ward"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My mum has been in and out of hospital over the last year and this time she ended up being transferred to Walter Tull Ward.

My daughter and I both visited at different times, and we both thought the staff were really caring and spent time to get to know Mum. The ward had a really lovely welcoming feeling when we arrived and we didn’t feel like we were too much trouble, reading in between the lines we have felt like this in the past when we have arrived on to a busy ward.

Mum received really good care and we didn’t feel like she was being discharged early, quite the opposite in fact. 

I’m an ex-nurse, and my daughter is a nurse too, and we both really wanted to say thank you, as your standard of care was absolutely brilliant!!
