Having had to contact the surgery numerous times over the last 9 months. I have found the service provided to be excellent. Knowing the phone lines can be busy I have used the online consultation section. This service is quick and easy to use. The surgery response time is fabulous.
Fantastic service for people able to use technology. If more of us used this service it would allow better access for patients that need to ring & speak to a member of the practice team.
