Just want to say a massive thank you, I know you can't name people on here which is a shame, but it's nice to know that there is still care and compassion shown when truly needed, when things aren't your fault , even though blamed and they help you out, so thank you

This relates to a prescription request for a family member, it was dealt with badly, but i was then helped and sorted with care and compassion
