Attended A&E with a damaged wrist after a fall. I did have a long wait, however once taken I received THE best treatment from Angela, she gave me Entonox straight away to relieve the pain to the amusement of the others…it’s laughing gas!!
I was told I would have to have an operation to put it back in place. Attended the fracture clinic for a CT scan, the staff were so helpful and informative, then went in to the Day Surgery Unit for the operation. All the staff were so lovely and so helpful and kept checking up during the day or having a wee chat while doing their work.
The surgical staff kept me up to date as to the procedure and answered any questions/ concerns I had. Mr Miller…thank you! The Post-op staff are wonderful, tender and caring ☺️ Thank you to you all for your help and making my day as comfortable as it could be.
