Always nervous attending my smear test. Don't know why I worried. I saw the nurse at Westcliffe who before Covid was at Shipley site, she couldn't have have put me more at ease, professional but with warmth and humour.
She even sent me information on how to strength my pelvic floor with exercises, how to check my breasts, asked me if I felt safe at home, which I thought was great, there might be someone who doesn't and I'm sure she'd offer support, felt so cared for and she even did my blood pressure. Amazing. Thank you
