About: New Cross Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I just want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful team at the MLU at New Cross Hospital. I had the most positive birth experience due to their care; this has given my husband and I the best start to looking after our baby girl!

Every member of staff I came across were friendly and kept me calm and well informed throughout. They even managed to look after my husband and involve him in the experience too. Thank you Kerry (who stayed long after her shift had ended to deliver our baby), to Ellen for making us smile, to the lovely lady who brought me the best toast in the morning, and to the poor person who had to clean up the room once I had finished! 

We will forever be grateful for the wonderful start to life you gave our daughter.
