"Lovely radiographer"

My mother needed to have repeat X-rays of her clavicle, lumbar spine and pelvis after a fall. The lovely radiographer, who I believe was called William, was just brilliant. He was kind, helpful and really respectful with my mum. I also work for NHS Borders and wanted to express how grateful I am to him for his empathy and support. He is a credit to the Radiology department. Thank you for taking the time and being so helpful.
