"Cancelled.Appointment!!"

I attended my scheduled appointment to be told it had been cancelled and another appointment had been made for me. I have two issues with this, the first being no notification was received, the result of which was a three hour wasted journey costing me £12. The second issue being that despite the error being no fault of my own I was spoken to in a rather rude and abrupt manner.
