About: Outpatients Department / Clinic 1 - Antenatal, Gynaecology, Urology

(as a service user),

It was my first time visiting this section of the hospital, but I found parking and accessing the correct entrance easy enough. The self check-in system is really useful.

But then I wasn't sure where to wait. I was to wait in the Clinic 1 waiting area, and was sure I was there. But when my name was called, it turns out I was in the wrong waiting area. Some clearer signage for Clinic 1 would be good.

Thank you for letting us know that you found the self check-in really useful.

I am sorry that the signage led you to the wrong waiting area. we are aware that this is an issue throughout the department and we are working with Estates to rectify this.

In the meantime we have communicated this to all staff to ensure patients are directed to the correct area.
