"Excellent GP care"

My family has been with our Medical Practice since 2019, and I have been really impressed by recent interactions.

Called at 8am last week and, while listening to the recorded message and redialling is a nuisance, the GP called me back very promptly and was kind and helpful, booking us in on the call for in person blood tests for my child, and conveniently sending a prescription for local anaesthetic cream to our local pharmacy.

I dropped off samples for another family member yesterday, and was able to book an appointment in advance for those results in two weeks time.

The adjustment around access for patients since COVID has been a learning curve, but I think this practice has a good balance, and personally I find phone appointments ideal for many of our day-to-day needs.
