I am just after my 12 weeks scan, it was very exciting. I was just glad everything was good and the baby is healthy. Everything went smoothly and everyone was so nice. The only annoying thing was that the day of our scan before it was cancelled only a few hours in advance and they rang me on no caller ID so I was not going to answer, good thing I did or I would have come to the hospital for no reason. The equipment looked new enough and the place was very clean where I got the scan.

The staff were so nice, they told me all what to expect and what was going to happen. They told me about an app that will show you what stage and size the baby is at. I cannot complain about anything, especially getting the pictures from the scan, it is all so exciting.

Thank you very much for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I'm so glad you found our staff friendly and nice, and the environment was very clean.

I apologise that your first planned scan was cancelled at short notice; we would try to avoid that if at all possible. We are in the process of changing our calls system so they will not come up as a private number, and hopefully that will be implemented soon. Until that process is completed we advise women that our calls will come up as private numbers for awareness, but again I apologise if you were not made aware of this.

Again, thank you very much for your feedback; I will pass this on to the staff. Congratulations on your exciting news, and I wish you the very best for the remainder of your pregnancy.
