"Getting no support"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as the patient),

I'm with High Wycombe branch and my key worker was told by me that I lost my phone, so had no way of contacting them. But none the less, they stopped my script and that was it, no letter, nothing. I think it's not been a good experience for me as it left me ill and with no other option but to use, as I have no job and no car at the moment. In my opinion, the One Recovery Bucks in High Wycome has gone downhill in the last few years.

The support  is not there in my experience. They act more like a teacher or boss if you don't feel comfortable talking about your feelings  and answer their questions. My friend had issues with their script. The care and support is just not there anymore like it should be. Us addicts have lots of mental and emotional issues and our support network just kicked us to the curb. I'm lucky I have family around. I feel sorry for those who don't because this group is no support.

Hi there,

I am sorry to hear about your experience and how you feel your needs have not been met by our service. Can I apologise for how you have been left feeling.

If you could email me on: ORB@mpft.nhs.uk with your name I can look into your care and try to find a resolution with your treatment.

Kind Regards

Tracy.
