"I could not have received better care"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I attended the hospital for a day appointment.  I felt ok, as I had had a colonoscopy four years ago.  

I could not have received better care.  I was taken immediately.  The nurses were kind, considerate, and efficient.  The consultant explained in detail what was to happen; he too was considerate, kind, gentle, and clear in is his explanation.  It was more painful than last time, and I finished up having to have a sedative, as I couldn't stay still.  Again, despite me having said I wouldn't need one, the staff were all very kind, and took their time to make sure I was ok.  

I am grateful to them all, and very glad that I am able to access such treatment.
