This surgery is in my opinion one of the worst run, unhelpful places I’ve ever experienced.  Getting an appointment (even via telephone) is practically impossible.  Waiting on the phone for 45 minutes from opening time to then be told sorry appointments all gone try again tomorrow. Won’t book any appointments in advance. I feel they Don’t care about anyone's circumstances. 

In my experience A&E departments are overrun and not coping with the volume of patients because places like this aren’t providing the service to the community that they are being paid for. People are desperate and turning to A&E as a last resort.
