Total confidence in the wonderful staff on West 2 and everyone who cared for me at a very distressing time.

A massive thank you to the nurse who took my dirty clothes home and washed them as I had an extended stay. This was above and beyond exceptional. A great team.

Maybe night staff should be aware their chatter echoes down the corridor. I totally understand on a busy ward there are noises that are unavoidable, but constant chatter can keep patients from getting a good night's rest.

I reported a theft of cash (which wasn't a lot) but received no confirmation if this had been logged or not.
