"Disgusted at the service."

About: Heath Street Health Centre

Have two sebaceous cysts went to the doctors two years ago at a different clinic and was told would go by itself within two years. Since that time one of the cysts has grown to the size of a small golf ball. Is now causing back problems as cyst has grown. Went to the walk in center who advised doctor would be able to remove or refer for removal.

Went to doctor who took call over the phone and said will not remove or refer as there is still a pandemic. Pandemic has been happening for two years. The nhs need to stop using the pandemic as an excuse to not treat people especially since the whole of the uk has been told to work and go outside as normal.

Speaking to the doctor to and advised is not the nhs problem and to go private. I can't afford to go private. To remove the cyst could cost up to a £1000 and more if go private.

Think the service offered by the nhs is disgusting.
