Whilst having a mental health crisis feeling actively suicidal, referred by my GP to the crisis line. Got a call back from someone who obviously had to collect information and was reading a script but honestly cannot imagine anyone sounding less interested in what I was telling them. Really off-putting to talk about a mental health crisis to someone who sounds actively bored by what is being said.
