Today I completed a web page with the PALS service at Royal Wolverhampton Trust. I thought the response might take some days to be responded to. Within four hours I had the answer to 2 of my questions, the final query I needed to supply ID, within 5 hours everything I raised was sorted.
The officer I dealt with was Rachel, Health Records Access Team Leader. Incredible speed and service.
