"Incredible service "

I contacted the surgery via an e-consult form Monday morning on bel and of my young child and was advised what to do via text later that morning. The next day I called at 8am, was 14th in the queue…when the call was answered I was offered a face to face straight away or phone-call, I decided to choose a phone call, I was then called back within 2 hours. We were seen at the surgery an hour later. After a very lovely consultation, I left feeling calm, with a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy, a plan of action of what to do next & lovely explanations of what was potentially going on. My child get calm throughout the consultation, and was actively encouraged to be involved throughout as it was for their health.

Overall just such a wonderful experience and I couldn’t rate the surgery high enough. They’re always so knowledgable whenever we’ve needed to contact them. We have found them to be very efficient and helpful.

Especially with the way that the NHS is under so much pressure at the moment.
