About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ramone Ward 3 - Acute Frailty Assessment Unit

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I cannot understand why anyone would have issues. In the hospital since March of this year, my care has been 100 percent perfect and I can think of not a bad thing in the hospital. All the staff are superb there isn’t single fault that I could talk about. They have all been so kind every single member of the support team, the nurse, everyone. They are so attentive and have explained everything so well, and anything that I don’t understand they ring my wife and she can tell me. I appreciate everything the hospital has done for me as they have helped me recover so well.
