"Patient and understanding staff, approachable and good natured"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Urogynaecology

(as the patient),

Treatment for overactive bladder symptoms. Over a period of 3 years I was a patient going between the RAH Paisley, Vale of Leven, Greenock hospital and finally the New Victoria Glasgow. The appointments were all for the treatment of overactive bladder symptoms. It is a very distressing condition which can be difficult to talk about.

I have now had Botox treatment at the New Victoria hospital. I have attended clinic K pre and post treatment and all of the staff have been the best clinic staff I have ever met. They are very patient and understanding, approachable, good natured and just make the appointment easier for the patient. Thank you

Hi Buddiegran,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your very positive experience within clinic K at The New Victoria Hospital. I passed this positive response onto all the staff within the department who said -

"It is always really helpful to get feedback from patients. It helps to know that we have made there hospital appointment a positive experience as we know how difficult it can be to attend for over active bladder symptoms.''

Regards and thanks again for taking the time to give us your feedback.

Kind Regards

Lesleyann O'Donnell
