This will be my second review I would of left I didn't get a response from the last review i sent the doctors surgery have got a nerve passing on my mobile number to do the liasion disability team telling them to tell my annual heath check is overdue I don't want one and the doctors can't force me to have one i will go to a different surgery if they keep going on about it keep in doing my mobile education and send it to the k pharmacy but stop going on about a annual health check I've seriously had enough now.
