All was clearly explained, with all questions answered and everything I said, listened to.

A new medication was explained and several options of further help was offered.

We always try our best to ensure patients understand what often can be medical jargon, and we do our best to highlight in plain English the next steps (sometimes in other languages as well with the help of interpreters), and where possible try our best to involve patients in decision making of their health care.
