Story by carer of 60-69 year old female patient from Limavady area

This is a wonderful service which allowed us to care for our mum at home.  She received excellent medical care and support and the speed of results and daily treatment was excellent.  As a family, we were consulted with and kept informed every step of the way.  The experience with this very dedicated, skilled and professional team was exceptional both for our mum and us as a family.  It is a service which we were unaware of until now but should be a vital part of the health service and widely publicised and rewarded.

I am very glad that we as an Acute team in the community could avoid admission and provide a high quality service for your mother in her own home.

Our staff are very dedicated and highly skilled. your satisfaction with be shared with them and I assure you our staff will be grateful as hearing that we have been beneficial to our patients increases Team morale.
