This is a fantastic team of nurses and doctors.  After coming out of hospital, a fantastic team of nurses visited me three times a day for one week. Great team!

Thank you for your positive feedback.

We aim to prevent admission however we also take patients out of hospital and as I see this was able to happen with yourself.

As a team we visit regular as to fit the patient requirements. The nurses and Doctors in the team are very skilled in all areas and work with the required multidisciplinary teams required.

As an individual you will be aware you can speak to your GP in the future if you become unwell in order to prevent admission to hospital.

I will pass on your feedback to the team.
