Usually the experience of visiting here is quite daunting for me, especially my last visit but this time the experience was made so much better by the help of two of the nicest staff memebers I have ever experienced anywhere.
Ruby and Fiona (I may have remembered the wrong names there 😆, sorry) were brilliant from the start, quickest easiest and least stressfull medical procedure I have ever had.
Im Autistic, im very used to having to deal with people who dont understand me, I was thrilled to be treated by a fellow Autistic person. It was so refreshing for someone to understand me without having to explain myself. It was lovely to chat about that and I left the clinic in a really good mood 😀
