"Care from Dr at Urgent Care Centre"

I actually saw Dr Naidoo at the West Middlesex Hospital in the ED department.

I had been waiting for four hours at Ealing hospital without being informed that there was no hospital nurses to assist my open wound that evening.

Obviously I was very frustrated at this and I informed the receptionist at west Middlesex about my experience at Ealing. When Dr Naidoo, who is usually a resident doctor at Ealing Hospital, found out about it he saw me directly fixed my wound was extremely friendly to me and apologetic for my experience.

Before speaking with Dr Naidoo  I was very disappointed with Ealing hospital whom of which have always been brilliant with me.  Dr Naidoo reinstalled my faith in this hospital and I was super impressed by his attitude, his friendliness, his attention and care to detail
