"Eye Clinic Reception Process"

About: York Hospital

always had great experience of york hospital, however eye clinic let me down on this occasion.

reception process is a farce. initial receptionist took my details and told me to go wait in area b. I did this and sat for over an hour past my appointment time. I questioned another member of staff only to be told I also had to check in with someone in area b. Others had also been sat waiting unaware of this. Complete breakdown of a process.

Lot of people wandering aimlessly around with files and clipboards.

Eye clinic needs a good shake up with process and people.
