"Incredibly caring staff"

My mother has just passed away after being a resident at Merevale House for the past four years.

In that time I can honestly say that the staff never ceased to amaze me. They all showed genuine love, care and attention to detail at all times.

They were not afraid to show that affection to all their residents.

They showed respect at all times and gave Mum the chance to keep her pride and self esteem, which was so important to her.

In the last days, they showed again that compassion to me, which helped so much at such a difficult time.

Merevale House does not feel like a care home, but a true home to anyone and everyone living there.

I can highly recommend to anyone needing to find that special place for their loved one.

A beautiful Victorian building set by a canal, wonderful home cooked food, and an extremely warm and friendly atmosphere.
