"Beyond Gratitude"

Today I felt overwhelmed and emotional when hearing back from my extremely busy Doctor twice today. The Doctor is due to go on holiday and yet found the time to make contact with me before going. I felt I really did matter and was genuinely cared for - it’s just what I needed, a wonderfully warm and positive experience.

I consider myself so fortunate to be a part of The Family Practice for the past 10 years. Regardless of the Covid Virus, the whole team which includes the Receptionists, the Nurses, the Admin staff, the Practice Manager and the Doctors, continued to do whatever they could to be supportive, kind, willing and always respectful.

Today, I spoke to a very kind Receptionist who’s willingness to help was instantaneous and was very friendly. Just my experience today was enough to make my day so much better. I will be forever grateful to the whole team; I thank you deeply for all you do for your patients; how blessed I am to be one of them. Thanks to you, knowing you are there for me, is extremely reassuring for me and my family who all live abroad. Wishing you all the very best.
