Just wanted to say a big thank you to James, part of the Urology team, and all of the staff on Kingsley Ward in Northwick Park Hospital, who looked after my elderly father in the past few days. James phoned me daily to give me an update which was very much appreciated and very reassuring for me and the family. The staff on the ward were always attentive, supportive and on hand for meet his needs. Overall his care was excellent from all involved. Thank you very much :-)
