"Handled with care"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I attended the clinic for a coil removal and reinsertion of a different type, because it suited me better. From the get go, I was treated like an individual, and they were happy to suit my needs. On the day of visiting, the doctor and nurse were extremely polite, courteous and caring. I felt very fragile on this day, I’m not too sure why. But both a nurse and a doctor put me at ease very quickly.

I was seen quickly and it took around 15 minutes in total and the whole time I was being looked after well.
