I recently had an experience that I have never been in before I saw Simone from early pregnancy unit who is FANTASTIC!! I have never met a nurse that has so much empathy, care and compassion she delivered every part of the 6cs within the care. I received. I was scared nervous and anxious as I had never been in that position but she always put me at ease and answered any questions I had she is a huge asset to the pilgrim. She kept me informed and up to date all the time throughout the week I saw her. I then had a follow up telephone call from the consultant which I thought was great to see how I was 2 days after surgery and also lucy (I think) gave me a after care call to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. This team is great
