"The nurses were so kind and attentive"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Acorn Paediatric Ambulatory Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My little 4 year old girl was referred to the Acorn centre by her GP.  Doctor Jonathan and all the nurses were so kind and attentive. They made her and myself feel so comfortable while assessing her thoroughly. The Doctor explained things to me in detail and allowed me the opportunity to express my concerns. We left much happier than when we went in. Thank you.

Dear KMcE

I am the Paediatric Lead Nurse responsible for the Acorn Unit and am delighted to read your kind comments on the personal care your daughter received whilst with us. I will pass your compliment on to the medical and nursing staff and know that it will be much appreciated as such comments really do make a difference to the team.

thank you

Peter Johnston
