About: Craigavon Area Hospital / General Medicine (2 south)

(as a relative),

Our mother, Edith Muldrew was admitted to 2 South Medical on 11th July 2022 and passed away on the ward on 29th July 2022. 


All of the staff on 2 South Medical were excellent and provided a high standard of care during her time on the ward and kept her comfortable. 

While we had been sitting with our mother for the week leading up to her passing the staff in 2 South Medical also looked after us well and regularly checked that we were ok as well as our mother. 


On behalf of ourselves and the family circle we would like to thank Elizabeth, Ward Sister and all the staff of 2 South Medical for how they looked after our mother and us during this difficult time.

Your family and mother were a pleasure to look after, during the time you spent on the ward. I am glad that you were able to experience the level of care that we aim to provide to everyone on the ward. I will pass these kind words on to all members of staff.
