About: Cranleigh Medical Practice

I have no complaints about the practice however I had an op and follow up at St George's Tooting, the follow up was three weeks ago and my wounds have been dressed twice a week since then by Cranleigh Medical Practice and the service has been excellent. The problem is that the letter from St George's is not on the Cranleigh computer system. Whether this is because they have not received it or have the letter and have not added it to the system I don't know. I could email a copy of the letter as it was forwarded to me by St George's but I can not find an email address for the Cranleigh medical practice.
