I can’t remember the lady's name but she was fantastic. Really good advice and completely full of knowledge. I was 5 minutes late and still went in near enough immediately. The lady was lovely and made me feel completely comfortable during my tests which are not very dignified due to having your legs open for a stranger but she made me feel so comfortable and was lovely.
