(as a service user),

I have received life changing support form the Recovery College. The quality of the teaching and lessons have given me a deeper and better understanding of my mental health.

I now feel more in control and I understand my emotions with all of the strategies I have learned.

Thank you for your feedback on your experiences of the Recovery College.

To me what you have fed back embodies what the Recovery College is about and it is inspiring to know that you have received a deeper and better understanding of you mental health through our courses, which has led to you having more control of your wellbeing.

I will be passing this on to the Peer Trainers, all of whom have been through the Recovery College themselves, I know that they too will be so pleased that this has been your experience.
