"Always first name basis"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Nurses are really good and the pessary helpline is brilliant. If I have a problem and phone I am seen really quick, but if I was going through GP I would have ages to wait.

The nurses all use first names with patients, really respect my dignity and make me feel relaxed and at ease. I really respect these nurses: patient kind and really helpful.
