"Good explanations"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as the patient),

I went in for a check up & ended getting an biopsy op. They explained what was going to happen & what was involved in the biopsy operation. David mentioned about getting a jag to numb the forehead before making a cut for the biopsy. He and Angela his assistant told me about getting stitches & attending the nurse at my doctors in 10 days time. David also stated any problems regarding possible bleeding later or within the next 4hrs I could probably feel pain & take paracetamol tablets. I received 6 stitches then given a letter for my doctors & a discharge information leaflet then left.
