My appt. was at 1.30, I arrived at 1.15, I was met by a very pleasant lady, asking me to use the sanitiser, which I did. 1.40pm I was called in to my assessment, which lasted about 10mins. Sat outside in reception for a few minutes, was called in for my laser procedure, took about 10mins. I was back out, waiting for my lift home by 2.10pm.
What a wonderful service. Everyone was so welcoming, made me feel very calm. Can’t recommend highly enough. After a 1.1/2years of having blurred vision, it is fantastic to see so clearly & bright colours. Can’t believe it. Don’t be nervous, this practice is great. Can’t thank them all enough.
