"Worse ever service"

Have I ever encountered such poor service, rude receptionist/ manager, or uneasy service than this? No, I haven't!

After covid, they still do not receive in person. Furthermore, this practice doesn't even release appointments, unless you fight for it. If you highlight that you really need one, they become patronising, then rude and then they threaten to end the call, unless you do as they say of course... which most often is 'call later... but they don't tell you when. If you ask when they start getting upset because you 'insist' on it. So now that this awful ball is rolling and you are almost desperately trying to speak to your GP you are suddenly facing a dreadful reality - they hung up on you and they have no idea what your situation is. On top of all this, my personal experience is that I could not get any help with mental health issues. They issued an incorrect sick note and when I spoke to the manager asking for it to be amended she treated me with no respect and told me to do the request from the start and then she hung up on me. by the way I did put my request forward again and I still have no received a correct sick note nor did I receive a call back from my GP.
