"Wonderful GP surgery"

The service at Chartfield surgery is simply wonderful. I would like to share a recent example of the outstanding service in offer. Last week we came back from our family holiday in Spain. My son had a skin infection and it was spreading was getting worse. I phoned the surgery on Monday morning and they offered an appointment that afternoon. My daughter then got the infection and again I phone the surgery the next day and they saw her. Today we went back for a checkup and the advice, reassurance and follow-up treatment was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The surgery is really friendly and welcoming. We are so lucky to have such wonderful GP practice on our doorstop. Thank you so much.
