"Extremely polite and welcoming practice "

I had an appointment to see a nurse and was able to self check in, I had only been sat a few minutes then the nurse called me in. It was a nurse I had seen previously but had not seen for some time, it was nice that she remembered me from a previous appointment from many months before. The test I was having done needed me to stay calm and relaxed which the nurse was able to do. I then needed some paperwork to take to a hospital appointment in relation to the test being performed and that was also done promptly and discreetly so would have been just the nurse and myself that knew what the appointment was for.
