I attended Ealing Hospital for an ultrasound appoint today at 14:40 and was seen by a sonographer named Mahluli.
He explained what would happen, put me at ease, fully followed IPC guidelines at all stages, answered all my questions, and was highly efficient. The untrasound room itself was clean, well-ordered and airy. The whole appointment process was calming, efficient and professional at a time when patients can be stressed. Thank you
