The following scenario played out
Day 1 Text informing me appointment the following day, expect a call
Day 2 Text informing me appointment cancelled
Day 2 Text asking me to make an apointment
Day 3 I make an apointment
Day 3 I miss the call, I only get 1 call
Day 4 I make another apointment
Day 4 I miss the call again, when I call the number back is says they will call back, they don't.
Day 5 I call and explain the above, I am told call next day to make an apointment.
A complete joke
"Appointments a joke!"
