"Poor advice from online consultation"

About: Beacon Medical Group

Having completed an online consultation I was told that I wouldn't be prescribed medication, which was fine, then I was referred to a website to basically diagnose my own problem and then treat it myself. I did so and the condition I identified with required consulting with a GP. Talk about a fob off. Now I have to contact the surgery and try to get a face to face appointment.
