When I read some of the reviews for this practice, I sometimes wonder if we are talking about the same surgery.

I have never, ever been let down by one single member of staff here.

Today’s example. I order my meds via the Lloyds app. This time, something went wrong and only three out of the six meds were ordered.

I left a voicemail on the surgery repeat prescription line at about 15:30 explaining I was running short and why.

At 17:00 I received an email from Lloyds telling me I can collect the outstanding meds tomorrow.

I have seen a wide range of GPs over the last 30 years or so, regrettably increasing in frequency as I get older.

Each of them has been superb.

Same with all staff, receptionists, phlebotomists, physiotherapists – excellent people with first - class communication skills.

Maybe when I interact with Priory Medical Group, I enter some kind of dimensional warp, and end up in a different reality where everything is perfect?

Or, possibly, I unfailingly show respect, good humour and patience in my dealings with any member of staff.

I (unfailingly) receive the same right back from them.

Every time.

Maybe a little clue here for someone?
