My 92 year old mother was in acute pain and had

been assessed over the phone and meds and x-ray organised. Unfortunately she couldn’t cope with pain so I contacted duty secretary on 04/08 and she not only suggested I contact hhft x-ray to see how long she had to wait but also she contacted the Candover suite to enquire about mri She also left a message for duty doctor to request additional meds. Amazing lady and fantastic service. Thank you and she deserves recognition for her service and as a retired Midwife all favourable reviews are very welcome.
