Had a scan from a hospital abroad to take to Surgery. Phoned - receptionist extremely understanding and helpful. Advised me to take scan to surgery and booked a telephone call from the doctor for the next day.
Doctor phoned promptly, listened carefully, understood and explained the issue. Reassuring and I know that Dr will call if notices anything of concern on scan and encouraged me to call if symptoms develop. Thank you for your help at this busy time.
